I can’t receive my rewards successfully. I signed out of my account and signed back into my account to seed I could reset it and it’s still not letting me! So frustrating, please help me resolve this issue. Thankyou

I need a clarification... are you experiencing this connection issue only with the Chocolate Box rewards or other features too?

Hello @KimberlyJune81, is your Chocolate Box stuck? That is, does the Claim button not work stopping you from leaving that screen.
If so this is an ongoing issue that has not yet been resolved.
