Just reached level 15000. Tried on 3 different devices and get same result. After trail appears, screen dims and won’t respond. Uninstalled app and reinstalled. No change. Same on android and ios.
@PummyRaj it looks like the slow loading issue has been fixed. My game is back to normal this morning.
@PummyRaj @QueenB I have just downloaded candy crush on to my phone. Interestingly on my phone the game runs without issue. The issue still exists on my tablet which is the device I use to play games.
My tablet is Android 5 and my phone is Android 10.
Hello @PummyRaj you could be right and the post from Camille might not be the loading issue, but I am mindful that the ten to fifteen minute delay that this issue causes when opening your game could make people think that they can't connect to the server when trying to login. Not many people are going to wait over ten minutes just to sign into their game.

Thank you Alienscar! King wanted me to do a recording, and retype the whole issue again, for the 3rd time because apparently it was only happening to me. Thank you for confirming. At this point, I find it easier to simply stop playing after 15000 levels. But THANK YOU for confirming it's not just me.
@PummyRaj this is also happening to me as well and it started after the Wednesday update
It takes ten minutes to get the game to show Play and then another ten minutes after pressing Play to get the map to appear. At that point everything works fine until you play a level. Once you click on a level it then takes 15 minutes for the level to open. Once you have played a level everything works fine.
If you search the word freeze you will find plenty of complaints about the same thing.

I need one clarification please!! Is it freezing before you hit "Play" OR after you go into the "map" screen?
I haven't seen other complaints in the Community! Hence, I would suggest you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team. You can use this link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact.
If your game is opening till the map screen, you can send your complaint directly from your game itself. You just have to click on the Pink Cogwheel you see at the bottom left corner of the game "Home" screen (where you hit "Play")!

I have reinstalled, checked for updates, restarted the device, and issue remains. Would also emphasize, this is occurring on multiple devices, on android and ios.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters.
