If you are playing on a computer - Facebook Browser, please use this link to send your complaint --> https://soporto.king.com/contact;

If you are playing the App version on Windows10/11 or on mobile devices, you will have to send complaint directly from your game, as you should send your complaint Google Play Store / Apple Store. So, follow below steps⬇️
