I was in the race, set to win, and it disappeared. I've kept playing but it hasn't come back. Any idea why??
Episode race is still missing. I logged out and I also restarted my phone and episode race is not there. Was it removed from the game, can someone help me?

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your Gold Bars reward after winning an Episode Race!! We have received multiple complaints today about this issue!! I am suspecting Facebook being down could be the reason for this🤔
But, I don't think Facebook not working is the reason for you to not able to log into the Community! This King Community and Facebook are not linked😉
For missing reward, you will have to contact the King Player Support team and send a complaint about your missing rewards!

I have seen this complaint from couple other players this morning!!
I would suggest you to log out of the game -- close the App -- switch off your device for few minutes and restart -- reopen the App and log back in -- play a level and see if you receive the Episode Race again in the game!!

Thank you for the feedback. This issues has been reported to the game Team and is being investigated. Unfortunately we're not able to handle missing rewards through the community but please follow these steps HERE on how to get intouch with our Player Support Team that handles these issues.
So I just won an episode race and did not receive any gold coins or even any free time. Nothing at all. Just moved me on to the next race. I know for a fact I won, but even if by some chance I hadn't, I still should've gotten 5 minutes of colorbombs. But I know I definitely won. It was level 1190 I just completed. I also could not log into King Community and had to open a new account. I'm starting to think this is all to do with Facebook/Meta meltdown.
Episode race gone did not get my 30 gold. It was a very difficult level NOW I DID NOT GET GOLD. Not only do I have a bot U cannot win weekly race king is looking into it gold taken away. I quit tired of this. At 8900 won it episode race as you can see is gone now tried rebooting still nothing blah 😑

I'm stuck on a level and for what I'm supposed to do with only 15 moves is to me impossible, without buying gold bars for extra moves I know I'm never going to get past it. So I'm like you think I'll be giving up.

I was first in the race with 2 levels left. When I finished the race I noticed on the side bar the episode race icon disappeared. When I finished the last level I didn’t get any gold bars or the normal notification about what place I finished in. Not only did they decrease the 1st place prize from 45 to 40, but now nothing????? What is going on????

Even-though you are not particular about missing GB, please do send a complaint to the PS. It is your rightful reward, and you are supposed to receive the promised GB as you have finished race first 🌟
Also another reason I am stressing this is, I found out that, only through our complaints, King will know the glitches that are occurring in the game!! Once the PS team sees certain number of complaints, they will send a report to the game team! What you might have experienced could be a bigger glitch that should be removed in the beginning stage itself!!

I didn't get 30 gold bars after I won Level 2095 after I won the competition.
Anyone else struggling to pass levels since recent updates? I can’t pass levels which means the challenges become obsolete and I don’t win any boosters. It seems to be this app/game is forcing you to spend money on boosters now if you want to carry on playing. I’ve been stuck on level 14575 for a week now and thinking it’s time to give this game up. It’s no longer fun to play, just frustrating 😠
Didn’t receive gold bars passing level 6830. I’m on 6832 now and they still haven’t appeared

The same thing happened to me today. I think the whole of the episode race disappeared for an hour or so. I didn't notice either, and started the next episode before realising the event had disappeared. I notice from your screenshot that at this point there is no new race either, no flag, so the event is gone. If it's still not back, close the game and open it again and if there is still no flag play an old level. When I did this my episode race came back. However, I was unable to collect the gold from the previous race.

Still waiting for candy royal competition. This is day 5 whitout getting it. Can you developers do something about this. Im only at level 1300 ish and my old account i got it daily now I get it once a week. And it make it hard to advance whit no goldbars. So please do something to fix it.
How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
Why are the sour skulls not working as they usually do? I was just playing level 13990 and the sour skulls wouldn't activate after they've been touched by a candy nor after a wrapped candy exploded. It cost me my episode race and streak. Why is CC getting so glitchy?
