Can you please restore my account to new one. My Game ID was 13386147476 and I am on level 1792. Can you restore to my new Game ID 14413004761
I don't think what you are requesting is possible as it would mean merging two accounts deliberately. Each saved game, so each game that has player ID , is separate and cannot be merged with another account. If you start a new game and want to carry all your boosters over to the old game it is important you never save the new game on this page shown below. Only if you never saved the new game, then on this page you can then choose the bottom option of "log in with email" to merge the two games and save your boosters (but not your gold) to the previous account, but once you have any account details on the "My account" screen you have already created a new account which cannot be merged. But by all means, do try contacting Player Support, because they CAN do it, the question is if they will because it's not supposed to be done. If all you actually want is your old account back though, then log out of the new account, play a level or two in the brand new game, and then access this screen below by going into settings and "my account", then choose the option at the bottom giving your login details of the game you want to reload.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
