I’ve been playing candy crush saga for the last month and reached level 680 or more/less. Today I opened up to play and the game was frozen on a pink screen. I tried doing all the suggestions found in help but it didn’t help. I ended up deleting the app from my iPad and reloaded it to find I was back at the beginning.
I’ve followed recommendations again and registered as Candygirl007 but previously on the account I was shut out of, was Candygirl with a dog pic generated by King. Can you please restore my level, thanks
