If the Candy Crush game is uninstalled from the mobile, then when it is stalled again, why are the stored bombs/candy power gone?

The Gold Bars do sync across all platforms in all games, but the Boosters do not sync between devices.

Your boosters are gone is because, when you reinstalled Candy Crush Saga, entire data related to the the game was deleted from your device memory!
The level progress & the Gold bars are stored to King Servers! That's why, both these are transferred to all your devices.
