Hello I need some help!!!!!
I finished 1st spot on the leaderboard. I thought all I must do is to stay on the 1st Spot. When I started playing the leaderboard is gone.

At the top of that email you have received, you will see very very tiny letters which says "please type your reply above this line". Click on the Reply button in your email, and you should find yourself at the top of that line. So, you are all good to send a reply to that automated email you have received.
** If you have any screenshots, it would be best to add them in that reply.
I am suspecting that they are super busy as they might have been receiving numerous complaints (about the missing event) from players like you and me! I guess it will take a while for them to attend us!!

This morning I had sent an email to Contact us. And replied to me they all are taking care of a lot issues and go to KING COMMUNITY and asked some help and support here. I did click on the linked that you have sent me and email them my issues.

I am also experiencing the same thing! I came first in yesterday's round. I did not receive the prize and the 2nd round did not appear either!

Please Log out of the game -- close the App -- restart your device after shutting it down for about 10 minutes -- reopen the App and log into the game -- replay a level that has Purple candies and win it -- see if the leaderboard appears again.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
