I forgot to mention, I was talking about the second knockout. But, I am so glad I didnt make it through the final. I might be spending more than a thousand if I did. This is so disgusting. King gained millions from its players. I really hope the 10 players they chose are legit!
Automated replies are quite the norm when you contact Player Support for all manner of concerns. Of course, given that a lot of other players will have contacted Player Support with the same issues as you concerning All Stars then this does not surprise me at all that they have created an automated reply to everyone. I don't really think there are enough human staff at King to deal with all the complaints one by one. A lot of the replies are automated.
So when will the winners be announced, and does King have a timeframe to investigate if those winners are legit or not?
Will they check all the records of the player, including levels completed, money spent on packages, played time frames, ip addresses, legit google email accounts, and logged in devices for that player account?
It will be fairly easy to find out all this informations, as they are legally forced to keep this records, because this is a money event, so its considered online gambling in all the countries that it was implemented this year.
Also, where can we ask for tax/vat invoices to deduct our loses to the state? Everytime someone enters this type of online competitions, the money spent/won in the events as to be deductable. This is not all profit for King, they will also have to pay for their income revenues of this event. King may have changed coutries, from the UK to Malta, but they still have to present legal taxations from their profits...the same as any other gaming platform with the headquarters there (example: online casinos and poker apps).
A King representative said they used bots since so many people entered the tournament.
There is no way they would admit to that even if they did. That would be legal suicide.
As Christinewupp said, lazy not fishy :D
They will have to announce soon but I suspect this next week. Honestly it should not take too long since they have only 10 leaderboards to look at.
I don't think they have only 10 leaderboards to look at ... they will have to check all the players that enter also the first 2 knockout rounds...at least thats what would be fair and minucious after all. We can't know how many players did not pass because the top ranking places where cheaters or bots..and by default, they took out the chances of other players to reach higher positions (if im making sence to you).
As someone who plays skill games for years, and i used to play on the King's web site from 2004 to 2009 (after this, Portugal was not legit to gamble online), i do know what im talking about.
Also King as many "rules" on their own T & C page, that have not been implemented or even inforced during the tourney. Lets wait and see what happens next.

Hi @Suki_su they don't have to check all of the players in the second knockouts as anyone that didn't make it into the final knockout is out of the competition. Unless you are implying that every single player that made it to the final knockout is a cheater.
