Unless they change the levels, make sure to get your level past the 5000 levels. There's multiple stretches in the 3 k and 5 k zone that don't give purple/points until you win it and even then, it's only like, literally 50 - 150 points. And there's a stretch in the 5 k levels that lasts for like, 4 levels back to back. By this time yesterday and the day before ( 20 hour nonstop play mark for me ) , I would hit at least 4 million points or more with an hourly average of 150 k points. Today, I hit level 5000 somethings and got hit with those multiple stretches of no star levels and saw myself falling in the ranks with each round. My average went from around 150 k an hour to less than 100 k after I got into the 5000 levels. So for anyone prepping for next year, get yourself past this hump unless the change the levels again or you'll get hit with a hard setback that you won't be able to recover from. No matter what you do, unless you use BOTS you will never reach the first place. Coming from someone who spent £1.1k on this game. There were players who went from place 15 to place 1 within a minute with a mil points difference and bots that kept the same equal distance between me and the first place for hours. As soon as I stopped playing they stopped playing. They are very obviously cheating programmes. I hope KING sees that because if not, too many people have been dragged into an unfair competition.

I would just reiterate what I wrote back in February…..
I don't agree that levels in the 5000 range are bad for purple candies. I found all the levels up to and beyond 6000 good enough but I heard that from level 9000 levels have few purple though, so I would suggest not to reach that level range if you want to succeed. If anyone seriously wants to prepare for All Stars 2025 then this would still be my advice:
I would also advise to get together with some friends for the "phone a friend" issue: To find out if leaderboards are limited and hence it would be a good idea to phone a friend who has started the round to find out and then save your fingers and join the round late. See this post:
Alternately, join us in the community at the start of All Stars 2025 and maybe some of us will still be here to check out the leaderboard size and give some tips.
