Hello. @1NH3 If you find my answer please do contact player support! If you spent real money and did not get the full value of the deal you paid for because of this glitch then you definitely deserve a refund. Please contact them via the app so they know automatically who you are: Use settings, which is the pink cogwheel, in settings tap on the ? symbol and tap through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom. Use this to contact players support. If you only receive the automated email and nothing else, then reply to the automated email until you get some help. They should credit your account with a gift to make up for the deal you paid for that you could not use because of King's fault!
hello @keltex You need to update your game. I believe the level was fixed yesterday for everyone, so check for a new update. If there is no new update, make sure you close the app properly, and maybe even turn your phone off and on and then reopen the app. That level should now have been replaced. Make sure you are connected to the internet.
