(1) Restart your device: Temporary files might be causing errors or network issues where your device is not connecting to the server or your local network properly, and sometimes a simple restart can solve this.
(2) Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data: Open your Settings app, and select Network & internet or Connections. Turn Wi-Fi off and mobile data on, or turn mobile data off and Wi-Fi on.
(3) Turn Airplane mode on and off: Open your Settings app, select Network & internet or Connections, and select Airplane Mode. Depending on your device, these options may be different. Now, turn the Airplane mode on, and wait for 10 seconds. Then, turn the Airplane mode off and ensure that your mobile data or Wi-Fi connection is active.
Try each of these steps and check if you will be able to log in or not!

Which device are you using? Are you trying to log in with Facebook account or Kingdom account?

That means there is no one to really guide

Now, only thing that is left is to send a complaint to the King Player Support team. Since you cannot log into the game on your phone, I would suggest you to use this link —> https://soporto.king.com/contact
You will be receiving an automated email, which is like an acknowledgement from King. Don't wait and send a reply through that email itself. An agent should be contacting you within 72 hours (depending on their busy schedule)!
