I keep getting this message on my iPad. IOS is up-to-date and I went in the App Store and candy crush is up to date as well. I tried turning the iPad completely off and back on and still get the error message.
they are not fixing anything. I’ve now lost all my gold and friends as well and just get a canned response from support. Im left to assume king just wants everyone to buy stuff when they do they stupid updates.
I just logged in to play today (after losing my gold bars yesterday) and am being asked for my date of birth again. I am afraid that if I input my date of birth, I will lose everything. I don't understand why this keeps happening to me. The last time I put I my DOB, I lost my profile picture, my friends, and my gold.
My problem is still not fixed since May 19. I lost my friend's, profile picture, and 5000 gold bars. I have continued to play a bit and earned 30 gold bars, but today those 30 disappeared. I don't understand what is going on.
If you have been reading these threads you will realise you are not alone. I know it is very frustrating but all we can do is hope that the powers to be manage to sort out the problems.😏
I log in with a Kingdom account and have lost everything except the level. The profile picture, hundreds of friends, more than 400 gold bars, extra lives, dozens of boosters.

Logged in and was asked for my date of birth. Played a level and thought I would use some of the 30 gold I received from winning the last round… but I have no gold!
Tried the level again only to get bombarded by tutorials and a prompt to add friends… so my friends have gone too!
Then noticed my profile picture had changed :/
But I still have my boosters…but for how long?

Lost 200+ gold bars, avatar, friends, extra lives and boosters. Everything except my level. Seems issue 2.

I can’t even log back in because it is saying wrong email and password combination. I do not want to play starting from level 1 again. How do i get my progess back? With all the boosters and gold bars accrued?

Did you see a message appear in your game telling you to update?
I lost my friends, profile picture, and gold bars. I am at the correct level and I still have all of my "boosters".
Thought I was the only one,it's so frustrating!!!

I keep getting prompts (for both Candy Crush and Bubble Witch 3) on my Kindle Fire 8.9 to update, but when I go to the app store, there's no way to update. And now the prompt on Candy Crush won't go away or let me play. When I look for how to fix it, the directions apparently apply to more recent versions of the Fire and don't work on mine.

I finally found out the problem: the game requires a newer OS than my tablet uses. No warning, King just updated to a version I can't use, and I can't get back into the game to back it up. So I guess I'm screwed, over 3000 levels lost. Thanks King … It'd be nice if you warned people that they were about to not be able to access the game at all before you update.
How can I retrieve my original candy crush account
Just logged in to be greeted with a date of birth form. After completing it back to the main screen and my profile picture has changed my gold is gone and so are my boosters.
So how can I get it all back?
Before you send out an update, do you test them?
The same has happened to me! I’ve lost all my friends (approx 50), extra lives and 200 gold.
Unacceptable, they need to fix this ASAP.

I had repeatedly connected my account to my Facebook account to save my progress over the past week. Today I had to upgrade the Candy Crush Saga app, and although my progress and my gold are available, the rest of my inventory was reset to zero.
