Thank you very much for the screenshots @Trice101, which helped me to understand the issue you are experiencing! It is not the syncing issue with the accounts, but devices!! This has been a common complaint since past couple of weeks!!

I have an iPhone and I used the same credentials for Facebook and King.com to log in and the levels are still different on the new and old devices.

The game and King system has changed a bit and now, you can link with King account through the game on your mobile device itself.
Which device are you using to play the game?
I do not have the option of syncing my progress under my king account. This option is missing from my profile.
