Can you please explain a bit more about the issue you are experiencing?
Are you not able to connect to the game OR you lost your level progress and you are finding yourself at level 1? Which device are you using?

I do not have the option of syncing my progress under my king account. This option is missing from my profile.
I have an iPhone and I used the same credentials for Facebook and King.com to log in and the levels are still different on the new and old devices.

It is not the syncing issue with the accounts, but devices!! This has been a common complaint since past couple of weeks!!
Let's try something and see if it helps or not! Follow the steps & suggestions provided in this link provided in Help Article —> My game progress is different on two devices
