I am sorry to hear that you are stuck with the Chocolate Box glitch!!
Which device are you using? If using a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, which version of the App do you have right now?
Have any of you had any success with this issue? I have had it for months and can't get rid of it. So annonying!
yeah. 11 years in and this last 30 days were by far the most frustrating with having to do extra 3 taps before and after each game and the waste of time on power ups 🤯
I've tried every suggestion as well All suggestions take me in a circle right back to where I began. I’m beyond frustrated. Been playing this game for over 10 years 🙄

Thanks for reporting this issue.
You can try the following simple troubleshooting steps that will normally fix the issue:-
1) please ensure that your app is of the latest version and that you don't have any connectivity issue. To check for updates, just go to the app stores in your phone and start updating it. Once the app is updated, please restart your device before you play; or
2) if your app is the latest version, exit from the app or close the app, wait for few seconds before clicking on the app, play a lvl, doesn't matter you pass or not, then go back to the activity tab and check on your chocolate box.
If you still can't claim your prize and the connection error messages still appear, kindly reply us back with the following details, so our Candy Mod in Charge can help you further:-
a) type and device model you're using to play your game;
b) your game ID, which you can get by clicking on the King's logo, that is above your profile pic, refer below.

Unable to clam the chocolate box since October 2023.. keeps saying connection error. I tried everything. It’s adding 3 clicks and time after every game. It’s so annoying.

I am sorry to hear that the basic troubleshooting steps did not help with the issue! I am wondering if your game is also stuck with the glitch that few other players are experiencing!!
It is being investigated by the Candy game Studio, but there is not fix yet! Please check the update by our Community In-charge posted on the 17th (click on the Green letters to open the comment).
Hopefully, the issue will be resolved soon you all will be able to get back to having the fun with Chocolate Box feature again🍫🍫

Will I be able to solve this without paying.
When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
