Okay I was just wondering if this is happening to anyone else. I just updated to the latest version and the factory frenzy it's supposed to give you an hour but it's just giving me like regular lives. Any help would be appreciated thank you. Isn't it supposed to give you continuous play for an hour.
I had a few good levels to collect stripes.
Factory Frenzy isn't working for me. I've matched striped candles, and win the level but getting no points.
Well done, that is a lot of striped candies you got there. More than I have been able to crush in an hour!

I just went back into the game and I did not lose my win streak and starting boosters. Sorry about that. But everything else is true, especially about getting bounced out of Candy Royale just as I was about to win the level.
@QueenB I was just about to win Candy Royale when I was playing level 16032 and hit a glitch. The candy just kept coming through a portal over and over again and would not stop. I haven't seen that glitch in years. As a result, I lost my win streak and, therefore, my starting boosters. Worse than that, I was bounced out of Candy Royale with over 78 gold. I'm not sure of the exact amount, but I believe I was up to 78 gold prior to the glitch. There's probably nothing that can be done, but just in caseā¦Thank you for at least trying.

I canāt even play the event, it doesnāt give me any free minutes. Iām also getting your message. So stupid
But I did have it and it ended. But it still shows up with a "-" under it, instead of "results". That's why I named @QueenB, thinking she would know if there was a problem with the server. One of my friends had the message for a day, but it went away for her. I'm still getting the message.
I don't think a lot of us have this event @sauren . For me it appeared briefly for one round and then disappeared again.

When the game loaded a pop up came up and said Iād won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didnāt receive. Anybody know anything about these??
I played more than 50 moves and the gane remained like this without dropping the last number till it ended
The game frequently disconnects from the internet even though there's no problem and the speed is over 8 Mbps. The game disconnects to prevent me from spending gems or paying for ads. Please compensate me for my losses.
