This is over, yet I keep getting this message: "contacting server, please wait"

I don't think a lot of us have this event @sauren . For me it appeared briefly for one round and then disappeared again.

But I did have it and it ended. But it still shows up with a "-" under it, instead of "results". That's why I named @QueenB, thinking she would know if there was a problem with the server. One of my friends had the message for a day, but it went away for her. I'm still getting the message.

Could you please provide us with a screenshot of the error message you are seeing? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could share your Game ID. This information will allow our team to investigate further.
To find your Game ID:
- Open Candy Crush Saga.
- Tap on the settings button (gear icon).
- Double tap on the "My Profile" button.
- Your Game ID should be displayed at the top. (A useful tip is also to know your Game ID! How to find your Game User ID on mobile devices and the Windows app check here and on Facebook like this.

My game ID is 1650192175.
The exact message is "Contacting server, please wait".
Also, Factory Frenzy is still on my main screen, even though the event ended.
I'm embarrassed to say that I don't know how to take a screen shot, but the message is EXACTLY how I stated above.
