Most of the time when playing, I do not receive events until I have used my lives. The daily gift machine does not appear most days, and when it does, I have lost upgrades for not playing it. Frequently, lives that I have received from friends disappear. Suggestions for friends are generally people who do not send lives and people who haven't played in months. It has become frustrating to try to play Candy Crush with all the issues.
