    I feel Your frustration, tonite I was on the last level I needed to complete. I purchased bars so I could complete 16th and winning level and everything was going fine until I made my purchase. Instead of redirecting me back to My game it closed the app and reopened it so I lost all my progress for the whole evening. I could have cried I was so frustrated. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon. Thank You Everyone involved in making Candy Crush Saga one of those once in a lifetime Games!!!

    Hi.... Writing many weeks later ... I still cannot access my gold, and do not get bonuses. All I can do is play a ngfhtmareishely hard level 5 times and then wait. It's frustrating and I am losing interest in the game. Am using C35 android. Everything updated. Cache cleared.

    Just leaving an update on the connection issue.

    It's generally a connectivity problem, but we're looking into any potential bugs on our end that might be exacerbating the problem.

    In the meantime, try the following steps if you haven't already and see if that helps improve the game:

    • Restart Your Device: This usually reconnects and refreshes your links to the Store.
    • Update the Game: Ensure your game is updated to the latest version.
    • Clear Cache:
      • Android:
        • Go to Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Saga > Storage > Clear Cache.
        • Also, clear cache for Google Play Store:
          • Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear Cache.
          • Repeat for Google Play Services.
      • iOS:
        • Clear Cache for App Store (iOS):
        • There isn't a direct way to clear the cache for the App Store, but you can try logging out and back into your Apple ID:
        • Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Sign Out. Then sign back in.

    If the issue persists, please contact the King Player Support team for further assistance:

    1. Open the game app and go to the settings menu (Pink Cogwheel/gear icon).
    2. Tap on the "?" and select the topic of the issue.
    3. Go down to "Technical & Connection Issues" and click on it.
    4. Select any suitable option and open it.
    5. Scroll down and click on the "Contact Us" option at the bottom of the page and provide details about the issue.

    Hi,

    Did everything possible what was mentioned but it doesnt help!!Still not connecting to App Store or to see my friends on the CCS list.Very annoying and it’s almost 2month!It happend after a update for the game!Hope it will be fixed soon.It’s not fun anymore and takes too long!!

    Still not working. I'm wondering what's going on here, if a big company is not able to fix such issues in over three months. I suspect it is intentional (earning more money if gold bars can not be used and tell the user it's a "bug").

    And still not fixed on August 23rd after trying all of the fixes suggested. Very frustrating. Time to find a new game.
