Unfortunately, there was an issue with the automatic payout of Gold Bars, so some players will need to reach out to us so we can manually add them. If players donโt provide their ID numbers, they might not receive their rewards. I'll be here at the beginning of each month, so Iโll gladly help those who need their Gold Bars added manually.

@christinewupp True I got only 6 months out of the year last year on the event. Reported it many times to support and still didn't get them. Lol half the time support had no idea what I was talking about. This year so far I didn't get them 3 months so far. Get it 1 month then they will skip a month.
