Why don't you just remove Chocolate Box people were experiencing the same problems as far back as 2021 this is not acceptable. Your customers will be looking for other alternative games that are reliable to spend their money on!

This just proves how out of touch the Games Studio is with the game itself.
Players at the top levels, like myself, only get 45 new levels per week to play. If we are over half way through the levels and get the last options of only golden crowns or new levels, it is impossible for us to reach the target in the allocated time !!
Therefore we are sent back to the Chocolate Box starting base.
Totally unfair !!

Mine hasn't worked in months and king doesn't even bother responding to my posts here or my messages to them. I really don't care about it anymore. Just ignore that its there.

This frozen Chocolate Box screen just keeps popping up EVERY time I try to open the app. This game is now TOTALLY unplayable.
If you can’t fix it - delete it! It’s not rocket science.

how will one anticipate the problems n take screenshots in advance

Six more hours before I hopefully can play again and get by this piece of xxxx that constantly pops up on every app open! Onward to 11,000!

I am having issues with my chocolate box. It won't reload a new box and keeps trying to reload a new one.

i also got only one ufo whereas earlier box showed 3 ufos
if they giving less boosters should charge less
it’s sheer cheating have posted yeh pics even

Get rid of chocolate box. Obviously it can't be fixed so remove it!
