🚫 Chocolate Box Stuck/Can't Collect Rewards!

When I pass a level ot opens the box and then it freezes up. I have to close game and reopen to keep playing. It happens every time. I've missed tons of bonuses and it's aggravating and makes me not wanna play. HELP!

The issue with Chocolate Box was reported to the game team and they are working on a fix. You can find out more details —> HERE (please click on the Green letters to open it).
For missing rewards —> Players are advised to contact King Player Support team and send a complaint about their missing rewards.
** If you are playing a computer - Facebook browser, please use this link —>
** If you are using mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, follow these steps⬇️- Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
- Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
- Scroll down to "Events" and click on it;
- Look for Chocolate Box and click on it;
- Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
- Fill the form and Submit your complaint.
You will be receiving an automated email as their first reply, which is a norm! Please send a reply through that email itself and include as many details as you can. A screen recording or screenshots would help better to build your case.

I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing the Chocolate Box glitch in your game!
The Candy team is aware about this issue and they are investigating it. Unfortunately, until they fix the glitch, there is nothing you can do! Some players tried "reinstalling" their games! They lost their saved boosters and lives, but the issue was not resolved!
Please see if "clearing Cache" clears the issue (temporarily)! For some players, it did and of course, it came back!! For the rewards you are not able to receive, please contact the King Player Support team and request for your missing reward.
Our Community In-charge provided these steps to send your complaint⬇️
- Open the game app and click on Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) to go to Settings menu;
- Tap on the "?" icon in Settings window;
- Select the topic of the issue, In this case, select Lost Progress;
- Select the "Contact Us" option at the bottom of the page and provide details about the issue.

Chocolate box keeps reverting back to bronze level. I had finished the first task of the gold level and was working on the 2nd. Next time I opened the app (after only about 30 minutes) it was back to bronze. I should have had 2 days to finish the gold and got only about 1 hour. My app is up to date, no new updates since the last one that was just a few days ago. Please help!

I just wanted to let you know that the problem with the Chocolate Box getting stuck has been harder to pin down as it doesn't affect all users consistently but we are aware and still investigating.
We're gathering more data to identify a common cause and our developers are testing several solutions to ensure that future updates resolve this without causing other gameplay issues.

You can RESET chocolate box progress for us in database.
This is frustrating, this stupid three clicks before every game. From months.
Just reset progress or turn it off.
