please restore my game level on my iPad and my iPhone to game level 1831. When you send me an email to type in these numbers above.-##—-the problem I’m having is that my iPad will not allow me to type up there. So how else can I respond so that my iPad is reset to game level 1831. Can’t you help me with this

Try to contact player support using the app itself. Go into settings, which is the cogwheel symbol on your map screen. Then go into the ? icon. Scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom. This way, going via the app, Player Support will know your game ID. You will get an automated email. If you do not get a proper reply by Tuesday then reply to that email by using the normal "reply" function that you use for all emails and state your problem once more. That way you will not need the # system, that never works for me either.

Please note we are all just players here in the community and can only give you advice here. King player support will have to restore your game manually, if for some reason you cannot restore it yourself. Normally this should be possible by logging into your account in  "My account" in settings in the app.

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.You can also email them from here and tell your Game ID there.
