Hello @kiara_wael and thanks for getting back in touch with me. As I said before, I cannot login. Attachment will show on the bottom right hand corner I'm online but the app tells me I'm not. I'm one of those waiting for this error to be fixed. I've had no event, no boosters from filling in a survey or gold bars. And annoyingly, this game has a different ID to the rest of my games. Do you think this is the reason no gold bars have reached my game?

Thanks for the feedback. Please email Player Support .from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can check up what happened in your game.
You can also email them from here and tell Your game ID.
Did you try to updated your Apps ? and my past experience, If there is no Booster in the game, I Uninstall the game and log in then Connect to Facebook or King account, play a few levels. Close the game and reopen it.

Hello @kiara_wael, thanks for your help. I've just e-mailed player support. As I play on the Windows 10 app, Microsoft takes care of any updating. All game apps on Windows a few months back needed us to sign in again, so they must have done maintenance on them, and Candy Crush Saga was the only game that I could not log back into! So, my actual ID of 14301596293 has been replaced with 11052837865! Anyway, I'll let you know the outcome. Thanks again and best wishes.
