Why are some ads freezing?

Ads are freezing at 29 seconds and I can’t get extra gold and/or moves. This is frustrating.

I would suggest you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team and report the Ad. You can do this directly from your game.

Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
In the next screen (Help Center), scroll down all the way till you see "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
The first option you will see is to report an Ad. Click on it and follow the suggestions & directions given there.

Note: If you experience this glitch with multiple Ads, you might have to send different complaints.

Hope the Player Support team will be able to remove these glitchy Ads soon🤞

only 2 or 3 are freezing at 29 or 30 seconds but they come up frequently. A freeze just cost me extra gold and another kept me from beating a level. It’s been going on for about a month. It takes the fun out of playing and has cost me streaks. This is one of the ads
