Good news! 🎉 The issue with the Episode Race has been fixed! Thank you so much for your patience during this time. 😌
However, if you’re still not seeing the Episode Race, don’t worry—it could be due to how the Episode Race works. It might take some time to gather enough players for proper matchmaking, especially at higher levels. All you need to do is wait a bit until the system gathers enough players for your next race.

@Snow_Rider OK but in my game there's 9 people below me between level 17,436 and level 17,459. I am on level 17,459 there are 13 people ahead of me. This is just in my game only. Out of the over 200 million players there has to be a huge number of players in the high level let's say 10%thats enough for me to have the race. So I assumed in the past thinking not enough players were available I stopped playing for 3 weeks still didn't get it. I would feel better if you said it's a test which is the usual answer when you don't have an event because this answer doesn't make any sense to me. Oh well thanks anyway. @PummyRaj Thanks for passing my question on to @Snow_Rider .

@Snow_Rider I was still waiting but the episode race still hasn't started. I did start back playing so I could finish the chocolate box. I am now on level 17,520 still no race with 1 level I have not played yet. New levels in a few hours will be out so I'm pretty sure enough people are high up. My ID is 14207161654. Would you try again?

I just checked the opening post of this thread and it is about "missing episode race" but, not about the glitch in "starting level" of the Episode Race!!
I think that is the reason that the Studio was looking at the complaint about missing episode race for the players near to end of the map!!
I feel it would be better if you could post a new question with explanation and also screenshots (at least 3 should be good)! Please post your complaint in the Support area using this link —> Ask a question in Candy Crush Saga
And, we can ask Christine and all others to post their complaints in that thread (if they are still experiencing this glitch)!

@PummyRaj Thank you for your response. Yes my episode is missing I have already posted screenshots in this feed. Christine responded to my post on the 10th saying she's given up on the race. Yes I posted the flag in my 1s screenshot but the second shot shows no race or flag so it's missing. It's still missing.Thanks for your time I think since I reported my missing race to support and Queen B over a year ago that I just need to continue to play as is.

Then, how about I request the CM to split your complaint along with the screenshots, and create as a new thread? And, move all other complaints about this particular issue to that new discussion?
I believe that this issue needs to be looked at and resolved! Even though, we have only few players here in the Community, we do not know how many players are out there with this glitch!! Not all like to come and post in the Community🤔
