When you said "PC" - are you playing on Facebook browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.,) or the App version downloaded through Microsoft Store?
How do I get my payment to work on my PC?
I cannot access the app store to buy bars on my PC?
What were the items you were supposed to have for "3 days" in the package you bought?
If those are unlimited boosters or lives — these will appear only on the device you purchased the package. Only Gold Bars will be synced on all devices.

Are you using 3 devices to play the game? If you were able to make the purchase on your phone, which device was it that you could not connect to App store?

@King3107 is not a King employee. Please do not follow their suggestion to reinstall your game. It will not resolve any issue and by reinstalling the game, you will lose all your saved boosters and stored lives

You are not a King employee and you do not have any authority to instruct the players to reinstall their game!! Who will bear the consequences that players experience because of the reinstallation?

I went on my phone and was able to access the app and purchase the gold bars for $79.99 which give me 500 bars plus other and 3 days so I went to my pc and log in and it shows the bars but not the 3 days?
My internet is working fine no issues with anything else except this. How do I uninstall and reinstall the game.

Hello @Madie_Garcia, this is your internet stability issues and the game will be connected with the store once your internet issues fixed. Still if you feel that the game is not running smoothly then you can uninstall and reinstall the game but make sure you know your login details so that you can restore your previous game level and other benefits if you have any.

Will I be able to solve this without paying.
When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
I played more than 50 moves and the gane remained like this without dropping the last number till it ended
