Still if you feel that the game is not running smoothly then you can uninstall and reinstall the game but make sure you know your login details so that you can restore your previous game level and other benefits if you have any.

You are not a King employee and you do not have any authority to instruct the players to reinstall their game!! Who will bear the consequences that players experience because of the reinstallation?

@King3107 is not a King employee. Please do not follow their suggestion to reinstall your game. It will not resolve any issue and by reinstalling the game, you will lose all your saved boosters and stored lives
You will find King employees' posts in "Blue" background.

Are you using 3 devices to play the game? If you were able to make the purchase on your phone, which device was it that you could not connect to App store?
Just to reassure you… you do not have any internet connection issue! Because, you are here and posting your question as well as replying to previous comments. To be on this Community, we need strong internet connection.
What were the items you were supposed to have for "3 days" in the package you bought?
If those are unlimited boosters or lives — these will appear only on the device you purchased the package. Only Gold Bars will be synced on all devices.
