You answered as best you could. I see others are having an issue as well, it might be the site, but its impossible to get hold of anyone. Many of us "addicted" to these games will have to stop playing as without being able to purchase help items when needed, we won't play the game. Could cost you thousands of dollars a day/week/year. Maybe you could report to them that their service is not available on any facebook games.
