The issue with Purchase on Facebook browser has started on Friday (13th) for many players. Both King team and the Facebook are aware about this issue and are working on a fix.
Anybody in the Player Support team cannot resolve the issue or provide any information as it is not something that is in their hands. Only Facebook and Candy team will have to fix it (together) on their end.

An issue was detected in the game with the purchases for the players that are logged in with Facebook. That is the reason you both are not able to buy items in your game!
Both King team and Facebook are working on a fix and hopefully, it will be resolved soon! Please check this announcement by our Community In-charge —> HERE (click on the Green letters to check for the updates).

I am assuming that you are playing on a Browser on your MacBook! Right? If so, the issue is not either your device or your internet connection. It is an issue with Facebook that has popped up sometime last weekend!
Both King team and the Facebook are aware about this issue and are working on a fix.

Yes! The issue is not either on your device or your bank, but the game itself on Facebook!
Both King team and Facebook are aware about this issue and working on a fix! Hopefully, it will be resolved soon and we can play again without interruptions🤞
