@Scooterpie Me and my 4 friends got banned from Music Tournament too. Some players have sent complaints and CCS don't believe players. Me and 4 friends have the same problem with you. @joostmeyer94

Did either of you by any chance open the game simultaneously on two devices? Even though normally that is a legitimate way to play and does not break any rules, in the event Terms and Conditions it states that this is not allowed during the event. This is what it states under "unfair play" which might cause the game to kick players out:
"Simultaneously playing the same instance of CCS or the Tournament on multiple devices or multiple tabs in a browser"
During my week of playing on two devices recently I found that the game does strange things to my account if both of my games are open at the same time, even though I am only playing on one device. So this could happen in error: Players may have just forgotten to close the app on their phone before opening it on their tablet, for example.

@christinewupp that hardly seems a reason to ban a player? Who hasn't forgotten to close down the game on occasion? Maybe the tournaments are just not ever going to be totally fair? What is fair? Candy Crush really is a more single player game.
I really do not compete in the tournaments if I get them, just play as usual. But if I do not get a tournament and that also means that I do not get any good side games then playing is no fun.

No of course that is not reason to ban a player! I 'm just wondering what could have gone wrong to cause such a ban to someone who is not trying to cheat. We all know that the game is laden full with glitches of some sort or another and events disappearing for no apparent reason is often reported. I have found that if I had my game open on two devices that is exactly the kind of glitch I experienced. Also on some such occasions the screen froze so I do think the server struggles with updating the game if it's open on two devices. .All those millions of players playing in a live event will be hard for the servers to keep track of, so I would reckon that whatever method King have put into the Music Event to catch out cheaters will not be hugely complicated. It would take too much data handling if it were too complex. It's just my best guess really. I don't work for King and guessing is all we can do here.

I haven't got it either @Scooterpie and I fit all the criteria or is it that they think I'm under 18 years old 🤣. Like you I wouldn't play it anyway, but that's not the point. And you're right no decent side games where's all the fun gone 😴 Must say it's quite sad that Sweet Cinema is the most excitement I'm getting with the game at present 😶

I too have received the same message after playing for over 24 hours. Disappeared too quickly quickly for a screenshot. Yes I play on multiple devices but not at once. These events spread over 4 days really don't interest me but I am curious why I was blocked.
