Are you talking about the "confirmation email" to receive from this Community? OR is it in your game?
When you said "you are not able to catch up" - did you lose the level progress in your game? If so, which device are you using to play the game?
Can you post a screenshot of your game map?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
