I already messaged you about the missing 30 gold bars I had. I’ve spent too much time and money on this game. I will not spend anymore until I get those back. Eventually, I will stop playing it.
I’ve also lost gold bars from candy royale. They really need to fix this issue. I’m not spending anymore in this game until I get those gold bars back.
Now that I think about it, it did close the game. I’m not sure if I got the other boosters because I was too mad to check it out. I don’t think I got any of the boosters.

Can you please clarify something else for me?
When you were collecting the reward from Gold Chocolate box, did it freeze OR did the game crash OR just the boosters from Gold chocolate box were added to your game but not the Gold Bars?
I earned those from gold chocolate box. I only use one device to play the game and that’s my phone. I didn’t uninstall/reinstall the game, no updates were done, didn’t switch to another device, etc. I’ve lost different boosters before, but I’ve had enough now.

Did you purchase those Gold bars or earned in a feature? If it is a feature, was it an Episode Race?
Which device are you using to play the game?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
