Hello. I sent an e-mail to player support that I was missing 6 gold bars every time I entered and exited a level. I appreciate the reply, thank you for the feedback. But I just went in and out of the level and 6 more of my ingots disappeared. I think I will run out of gold bars, which I bought by paying money and working hard, without playing games. Why doesn't the player support line provide a solution other than thanking them?
have u tried saving your progress or connecting to facebook and saving your progress!

@QueenB This player has repeatedly posted about the same issue of gold mysteriously disappearing from their account. I cannot even think of any purchase, accidental or otherwise, that would cost 6 gold bars, so this is really strange. Is there a way that you could please help and look into this case?

To resolve this issue with missing Gold Bars, the best way forward is to contact Player Support directly through the game app as I see that they don't have enough details about your game. This way, they’ll have all your account details and can assist you more effectively.

Thank you for your attention, the problem seems to be solved for now. I hope this problem doesn't happen again, because I don't want to mysteriously lose the gold bullion I earned by both paying money and playing a lot of games.
