Hi @annie59 Welcome to the Community π€ Many others are posting saying their game keeps going grey and freezing. The best thing to do is email King Player Support and explain the problem. You will get an automated reply back telling you to join and ask the Community. You will need to reply back to that automated reply explaining the problem again and ask if they will send to the team that deals with these problems, and check your game. Hopefully something will get done π€
We are all players like yourself in the Community and come here to discuss and help each other with our games so please read and join in other posts. You may pick up a few tips and you may also be able to answer someone else's question. Good luck and hope to hear from you again π
