I watched ads all day yesterday for rewards and I did not get one!that is no fair!!😡
I am also having an issue with ads. They will either freeze up or go black, which makes it necessary to close the app & restart.
The other issue is I will claim a reward, it will be added to my booster supply and then in a minute or two the booster will be deducted. This happens with the lollipops & hand switches. I have not played any new or old levels today. There is no point for me to watch ads or even play this game until this is fixed.

I am continuing to have difficulties viewing the ads and retaining the rewards. It is to the point where I am totally discouraged & disappointed. I accidentally started a new episode yesterday, fortunately I had enough boosters to keep my winning streaks.
I think I’m at the point where I will not even try to watch any ads or play old levels. Please fix this for me.
My boosters are still disappearing. It only happens in sweet cinema, boosters from the wheel or hot air balloons stay in my inventory.
did you try watching ads today? My boosters seem to be staying in my account today. I’m still having the freezing & black ads issue.
Like you, I’m not going to play any new levels until this is fixed. So disappointing. ☹️
so far today, the boosters I’ve gotten watching ads & the daily spin have stayed in my account. However, the number of ads available is quite low & building up enough to successfully get thru an episode first will take quite awhile.
However, the issue with some ads freezing & going black, still remains. It seems to be only certain ads such as the one below.
Please fix this so I can play some new levels watching ads if I need extra moves without the risk of losing my win streak.

Unless you send a complaint to the King Player Support team and communicate with them, it is not possible (for me) to contact you via email.
Please don't worry! It is completely safe to provide the game ID number here in the forum, as it can be used only by the King team. We all are players here and nobody can use it for anything👍️
I play on my iPad (6th generation) OS version 17.7.2
App version updated yesterday to 1.294.1.1

Are you also having this issue in "Sweet Cinema" Ads like @cwgames99 (above) is experiencing?
i fully watch all the ads, then I click on the box and I either get a "check" and it says I won a reward or I get an "x" and "watch an ad" comes up and I watch another one. my screen never goes black, I just did not get any of the rewards after watching a million commercials

When you were watching those Ads, did the screen freeze or you kept seeing Black/blank screen? If not, what happened after watching the Ads?

Level 10054 is impossible to pass because the 4th required Dragon does not drop, I have used many booster and bombs and still have not cracked this level because the fourth and last required doesn't appear.

I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?
