    J'ai fait tout ce que vous écrivez.Je suis sur Android.

    Des fois cela fonctionne, 1 fois par semaine et pas tout le temps

    Pourriez vous me dire comment faire une mise à jour je le fais mais il y a peu être une autre façon de faire.

    Et ce n'est pas mon téléphone portable car si je joue avec les identifiants d'un ami cela fonctionne

    Since the issue happens only on your account but works when using a friend's account on the same device, this could be linked to your game profile rather than the device itself.

    To make sure your game is fully updated, here’s how to manually update the game on Android:

    1. Open the Google Play Store.
    2. Tap on your profile picture in the top-right corner.
    3. Select Manage apps & device.
    4. Under Updates available, check if Candy Crush Saga is listed.
    5. If an update is available, tap Update.

    If you’ve already updated the game this way, you could also try clearing the game cache (don’t worry, this won’t delete your progress):

    1. Go to Settings on your phone.
    2. Select Apps > Candy Crush Saga.
    3. Tap Storage & cache > Clear cache.
