Won Lucky Lantern, didn't receive the prize

I have won the 1st place in Final of Lucky Lantern, but I didn't receive the prize of 10 Party Boosters yet. The event disappeared, no place to claim my rewards.

    In this particular event the prize and claim screen showed up immediately when you logged into the game after the event finished, as soon as you were connected to the server and the final leaderboard was displayed. There would have been a claim button after you saw the final results leaderboard. If you missed it, then I very much doubt that there is anything that can be done now. It's too late. I think we were given 24 hours to log into the game at the end of the event to claim the prize.

    When I want to claim my rewards, 9 hours after the end of the event, my mobile freezes, so I have to re- open the app, then I can't find a place to claim my rewards. It is a glitch if a player doesn't claim his rewards within a reasonable time and the claim screen doesn't appear again.

    You have seen my complaint here which is past 24 hours of that event, because I reported this glitch to Player Support Team by the method mentioned by @kiara_wael twice, but a system generated message call me reporting the glitch here over and over again:

    The Player Support Team call me here, but a moderator here call me there. I think this is not a suitable way to deal with the problem, this is passing the buck only.

    You are 100% correct in stating that shifting a complaint like yours from player support to the community and back is not a suitable way to deal the problem.

    Unfortunately this is exactly how King have been dealing with valid complaints like yours time and again for the past year or two. And it's only getting worse and worse now as both the community and player support are largely run by automated reply systems now. Yes, it's passing the buck and it's wrong. But us players can do nothing about it. I fear that you are wasting your time trying to get anywhere with this. Of course you should have got your party poppers. I have read countless similar complaints from players who miss out on their Candy Royale gold due to the game hanging up on them, through no fault of their own. I'm not sure anyone from King is still around here to answer posts like yours. It's all gone automated. Your best bet is to keep replying to the email you received from Player Support. Sometimes persistence will get you through to someone who will help you and who is willing to add some boosters to your game to close the case and get good feedback.

    @christinewupp I have ever complained other problems in another game of King about one year ago. A staff not automated reply system replied to me and compensated me some gold bars. This time is a meaningless buck passing reply from the system, perhaps it's due to the main topic and sub topic I chosen. Therefore I am going to send my complaint through different main topic and sub topic combinations to test if the Player Support Team has AI robot only 😆. Many mods here I think they are human being but they only reply the questions from players by copy-and-paste. This act of replying the questions seems to be a robot as well😆

    Another thing getting worse and worse now is:

    Many identical not similar levels are re- used as new levels released weekly. Maybe they think the players don't discover that and this method is very cost saving 😆
