Hello, I paid 1.99 for gold bars and it told me that it didnt go though on the game but the money did come out of my bank account. I still dont have my gold bars I paid for though. What do I do?

why has my piggy bank option disappeared?
when I logged in I got a pop-up saying I’d won boosters, this was followed by a pop-up saying I’d won 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive them. Anybody know what these were about?
