Why can't I purchase anything in candy crush?

Cannot contact store in candy crush... can't purchase anything , can't use my gold bars. This has been going on for a few months. Getting frustrated. I normally use my Samsung. Tried it on my laptop and my tablet still doesn't work. Tried restarting, tried uninstalling and installing nothing works

@Aidex Hi and welcome, could be a connection issue, alhough there is also an issue which is being investigated.
Please check your game is up to date and clear the cache ,log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue.
If not while the game is open disconnect your internet for 30 seconds and then reconnect and see if this helps
