I can no longer buy any offers in Candy Crush.. Get message"No Money was taken from your account"

Why can I no longer buy any offers in Candy Crush.. I get message "No money was taken from your account". I went back to my phone and made sure my credit card was in my wallet. Thank you, vak

following troubleshooting steps:

Reboot your mobile device. Reboot your computer If you play on Facebook or King.com
Make sure the Internet connection is working correctly. If possible try another Internet connection – for instance from WiFi to mobile data
Make sure you are logged into your App Store with the same account with which you made your purchase

After you do this, there is a good chance that you got your purchase through and complete.

This error message comes up of various reasons.

Next time you have the chronicles collected and try to buy the offer, please make a small video of the purchase process. Where you can see what goes wrong

Then email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center (you can also email in Finnish).

Let them know what happened and also tell them the exact date and time when you tried to purchase. They can then check your game data back in time and check what went wrong.

You cannot send the video in your first contact, but have it saved in case the Player Support replies asking for it. You can then attach it to your email when replying.
