I used the emailadress of my wife into mine candycrush game and played her game. After I had closed het account, she can only see/play my games en the level I play. She can play that too but that is not what she want. She can't play here own game anymore. Do you have a solution?

Your wife's Candy Crush Saga game has been restored to level 2300, next time she opens the game, she just needs to be sure it's connected to her new King account.
As for Candy Crush Soda Saga, we can also help her with that. Just get her to install the game and connect it to her King account. Pass the first level and comment here again the level she needs to be on and we'll help 😉

your account Have Merged.
When a King account and Facebook account get merged or synced, you cannot separate them. The Facebook account over writes the King account and the King account is lost. The game is now completely saved on the player with the Facebook account.
The only solution for this is that the player that had the King account, creates and new King account with another email and then gets the game manually restored on that account.
Please reinstall the app on your device and create a new King account when opening the game.
After this, let me know the Game ID on the new King account and the level you were on and CM will manually restore it. How to find your Game User ID on mobile devices and the Windows app check here.

@hansovermars , hi and welcome, what device are you using for the game. If both users play the game on the same device they can merge. if you are using faceboook or android phone please try logging out and clearing the cache and then . info .log back in with her account. see if this rectifies the problem. i have had this on facebook game and clearing the cache will sometimes work in seperating the accounts. If not the information above is what you will you need
Always best not to try to use two accounts on the same device

We play on different devices. Once we played on one device and aftervthat we got the problem. Is it me or my wife (she is missing her own account) have to make a new account. If she has to do that can she use her emailadress **** again with a new password.

Yes she signed in with her email and password in my game. I think I was not signed out but I am not sure. Now if she plays on her own device in her game and she signs in she get my picture and "welcome Hans" and then she goes to my progress. It is impossible for her to get her own ptogress. We tried everything. We removed her game. We removed my facebook. On her mobile ond game she plays in her right level. The reason of that is that she didn't sign out and sig in. On her other device she did because that game did not synchronize any more. That is candy crush soda. Yesterday suddenly it synchronized afain. She is afeaid to sign out again loosing her fame just like she did by candy crush. I hope you can help us.

Was it your Facebook account that got merged with her King account?
Your profile shows up in her game, but she is on the correct level still and you are on a different level when you play the game on your device?
Is this issue in Candy Crush or Candy Soda? Or both games?

I play candy crush and candy crush soda by facebook account. My wife only with her king account. On my device I signed out by facebook and started candy with my wifes emailadres and password (king account). When I finished that game my wife got the problems. She tried to sign in which her king account and than she sees my picture and "welcome Hans". She gers the level which I am playing. She can't come i in her own account and level. That happens in candy crush saga . With the game Soda she didn't did not sign out on her mobilephone. On her tabdevice she signed out and has the same problens. "Welcome hans" and my level etc.
