Hello @Seemakiran and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community. You have posted your question in the Candy Crush Saga area but the event you are talking about belongs to Candy Crush Soda. That event is sporadic and so you may not see it on a regular basis. I have the vent showing on my iPad for the next 36 hours, but he doesn't always show up for everyone. Be patient and hopefully he will make an appearance for you soon.😊
