Hi i think the problem is not of the reward but the race. In my opinion system is not accepting you in the race as it is keep mentioning that play the next level.

@aijaziqbal how do i resolve that.. ???
also i receive messages on my screen for the events that needs to be played.. like benstalk, music box and yeti's ( complete 11 levels, complete 3 levels with sugar stars) but when i open the game to play there is nothing. I have un-installed and re- installed many times. am ready to do it again if it resolves my problem.

Hi dear well if you have uninstalled and reinstalled which to me is the last option i was going to give you then i dont know what else i can suggest now.
Ok lets try one more thing. Do you have access to another device. Can you install the game on another device and login through your account and see if it helps you...๐.

@aijaziqbal first of all please dont say sorry. M honoured that you are helping me. Yes i do have another device and i do play on that device too.. i have already tried what u mentioned. That didnt help too. Being an old player i tried all possible solutions from my side. When i ran out of solutions that time i approched u'll . Thank you

Clear cache from your Safari: it is very important.

Restart the device and try connecting the game

@aijaziqbal i did that. But i have to wait and see if its got fine as i will have to complete playing this episode. I did get " next time" button in the episode race which generally i wasn't getting from long. Hoping for the best
