Thanks. It works. Now the candy crush soda she installed a new gane and now there is a problem. She tried to sign in with her new King account and she gets the message wrong username or password. So she cannot sign in. She knows it is the right userbame and password.

Hmm.. she is using an Apple device right?
Can you ask her to try the following please:
- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).
- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to her King account and see if that helps.

Okay, I think we need to reinstall the games again. I know this is annoying but it's the only thing we can do now.
Once this has been done and she can connect again, her Candy Crush Saga will be fine but she still needs to pass the first level on Candy Crush Soda so we can restore to the level she needs to be on.

I think the problems are insolved. I asked a new password and candy crush saga works on both devices of my wife. Now I hope we can finish all. Please can you bring her in candy crush soda to her level where she ended. That is level 2771.
With her new account she played in candy crush soda the first level.
