Hi dear very sorry for a little late reply. No no you are not impatient at all. Actually CM (crazy cat lad) was very busy today so may be tomorrow he will manually update the progress. I am tagging him again. Dont worry we will solve it...

Looks like your Facebook account has been merged and also over written your wife's King account.
The accounts cannot be separated I'm afraid, so the workaround is that your wife starts a new King account with another email address.
Tell her to reinstall the game's on her device. Then open the games and login/ create a new King account with another email.
Once that is done, please let me know the Game ID from that account and also what level she was on in both games or in Candy Soda if she only plays that one.

Thanks . If she makes a new account with a new emailadress and password first at all she has to remove both game or can she start with only candy crush saga. Then you can give her the level where she was ended if I give you her user id.. If that is allright can she then reinstall candy crush soda and login with her new account and give you a message to give her the level back where she ended. She thinks it is exciting to remove her games. So I check the possibilities again.

My wife made a new King account and started a new game Candy crush saga.
Her user id is 11924566165
We are not sure but she thinks she was about in level 2300.
After you have bring her to that lrvel can she then start a new candy crysh soda with her new king account. And can we ask you to bring her to the level where she ended?

Hi again ok noted your new Id and will forward to our CM @Pounawea , to take further action on it. As @Crazy Cat Lad is on vacation till 15th September. But dont worry its weekend now and as soon as @Pounawea will see this post in his working hours your progress will be updated to 2300 level. Regarding Candy crush soda also pounawea will inform you however you may put that progress level also. If he can he will put that too.

Your wife's Candy Crush Saga game has been restored to level 2300, next time she opens the game, she just needs to be sure it's connected to her new King account.
As for Candy Crush Soda Saga, we can also help her with that. Just get her to install the game and connect it to her King account. Pass the first level and comment here again the level she needs to be on and we'll help 😉
