On my phone I can Upgrade or buy stuff, but on my PC it will not connect to King to upgrade or do anything. I can play, but that's it.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

@Evenstar Hi and welcome, please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this improves your situation, also if playing via an internet browser please clear the cache / history

I have two issues. The first is that ads used to appear before, and I would get one or more extra attempts to play from them. The second is that my friends do not appear in the inbox, and I do not receive any help from them.
