The chocolate stops growing, hence unable to remove the key. Therefore, unable to unlock the cherries. Please help.

Yes, I am having the same problem. The cherries never release no matter how I play the level. I think the key or keys on the left get covered with jelly and the chocolate can’t get to it. Very frustrating when there is no way to pass a level...
It can’t be finished without any goodies.

Level 7692.......our of the 5 times I played I got the chocolate to drop once. Was very very careful...only played the top. Just not fair King, the top players like myself are frustrated.....please get this level where you have at least a chance and the cherries drop.
It's no too much to ask for someone from kings development team to explain how to pass this level if they claim there is nothing wrong with it. The contradicting advice given on the previous page doesn't help or work. Come on chop chop you've made enough millions by now on this level
So ridiculous that King releases levels like this. Don't even try to claim that this crap isn't intentional. It makes absolutely no sense for the chocolate to stop spawning before it hits the final key. Only pathetic companies have to cheat to make money.

How can levels released a couple of weeks ago suddenly have a glitch.
Amazing how this level worked perfectly fine for windows 10 players. Now the other devices get this level it’s time for king to cash in. It shouldn’t matter if you start this level with a full Bot and clear away the licorice and spawners. The area where the chocolate grows along the bottom cannot be touched as it is protected by that new crap licorice. Stop trying to scam us king it’s embarrassing. Bet they won’t fix it before the clock runs down on F5 for me and many others this week so I won’t be getting 7000 points to collect reward
Well what do you know they just fixed it. I feel they owe me a completely charged bot and a silver episode or whatever that thing is you get for passing through episodes at a quick pace. 🙄
I only got this level today, probably because I only play on a mobile device. New levels in three episodes released every Wednesday. So are you saying that if I play on a PC it might be passable?
Anybody been able to pass 7692 on their mobile device yet?
This level was released weeks ago but today everyone is having problems. Why? The reason is simple. Its so they can take your build a bot away. A complete con to make you WASTE boosters. These designers get worse by the week. The whole game is a complete shambles. You build up boosters to help you on levels and they change every level to STEAL them off you.
Sort yourselves out OR close the game down

The studio can check this level, many players have a problem with it.
Don’t we all love it when king puts a glitched level in there like this which causes us to lose our built up bot? I tried all the hints in this thread. None work. The last key will never be covered/collected no matter when I destroy the spawners. I honestly think they do this on purpose. 🙄
I’ve tried destroying the spawners in all combinations but nothing seems to work. Can anyone plz give a hint

Yet another level that clearly hasn't been tested. These are very common these days unfortunately. Sometimes the ingredients drop, sometimes they don't, and it doesn't seem to matter what you do. You can't even see what is happening across the bottom of the level everything is so obscured with blockers. Atrocious design.
Licorize and jam, but no chocolate
A little more info for you.
On this level, if you don't destroy the far left spawner BEFORE the chocolate gets within 2 or 3 squares of that spawner the chocolate NEVER finishes spawning.
Even if you destroy it later, you will never have the opportunity to clear the last key because the chocolate doesn't start back up again.
That (to me) is a flaw/glitch and needs to be fixed.
If intentional, this level, for that reason should be rated "nightmare" not "hard", and points awarded appropriately for completion..

I definitely have the same problem. I’ve played this level at least 12 times and never got the cherries to release! As someone pointed out in another post, you can’t even see what is going on in the bottom row as it’s completely obscured. All I know is chocolate stops on the bottom and never gets to the last two on the left. I don’t mind hard levels, but when I can’t even tell what needs to be accomplished to finish a level, it turns from a challenge into nothing but dumb luck to complete the level. Not keeping in the spirit of fair play!

I don’t know if I just got lucky or if this has been fixed, but one one of my three tries the cherries actually got released! 10 gold bars and 4 hammers later, I actually was able to finish the level!
Maybe it was just dumb luck because I didn’t do anything different on the time the cherries got released, but the chocolate made it all the way to the end for some reason.
I wish all the other players good luck on this level and hopefully you can finish it too. Getting the cherries released shouldn’t have been the challenge on this level. BTW, even after the cherries were released, it wasn’t easy finishing the level! I hope this issue gets resolved so the level plays the way it should.

Good grief. Stop tellig people to watch you tube videos. That doesn't make a blind bit of difference to their experience when playing this level. I completed the level by pure luck. None of the spawners were destroyed and the ingredients were released. I used a couple of hammers to make I sure I never have to engage with this idiotic level again. I'll be asking support for those hammers back and the full bot and the 1 hour of color bomb reward from F5 that was unjustly wasted. Good luck crushers and remember not to ever pay
Why don't you take the time to actually read the comments before posting unhelpful videos like this? If you actually read the comments, you'd learn that the level isn't functioning like this for many, many players trying to beat it. That's what people are trying to get across. You aren't helping anything at all by ignoring the issues and posting dumb videos that don't accurately reflect the problem here.

Except for the Community Managers all posters here are volunteers just trying to help you. The superstars and game experts know the game and do their best to help you. Hi everyone and good morning or good evening to all. The key to pass this level is not to use color bombs before chocolate reaches the key. The reason for that is CB destroys candies it will create a hole in front of chocolate pass and it does not replenish therefore terminate the chocolate populating. This is the way i played and i passed. Good luck.
