Since saturday 30 may, candy crush will not load on my samsung tablet.
I also get the orange screen for 20 seconds and than it stops
Model samsung tablet GT-P5110
I already saw there are some problems with other devises. (Kindle fire)
Will not accept my d.o.b so cannot get into games
I am using lg v20, I think the problem is my save file in cloud storage

Its very strange as reinstallation is the last thing we propose and normally it fixes all the issues.
Is there enough memory available on your device and which device are you using.
I have tried everything, including uninstall the game and reinstall or using another phone, I play normally, but when logging in to my account to get my save, it stuck..

please clean cache /history files of your device, Log out from game reboot your device and Check For Updates Of Game.
Now Try to connect after some time .

My Candy Crush was updated on 6 August 2020 and It then did not load. I got the King orange screen.
It is on Samsung tab GT-P5210 running Android 4.22.
Hi, @Bommel_89 in general, if you can not by pass the orange screen, most likely is the fundamental hardware problem. Two baic issues for your tablet would be memory and battery. If possible to delete some of less used apps and download a good cleaning app that might help. Charge battery to full every time you play also can avoid sudden crash. One bad news is this happen after update, this is the only time an app can go wrong.Good luck.
I am playing via the app. There are no updates for the device or the app.
I also restarted the tablet
I have checked the troubleshooting tips.
The last thing i can do is delete the app and reinstall it.
BUT then i lose all my saved boosters.
I wait for some days if there are more people with the same problems
@Bommel_89 Hi have you checked device update and just try restarting the device.? are you playing via app or facebook
The candy crush app don't load.
I get the orange screen and 10 seconds later it crashes..
So i can't logout and login.
@Bommel_89 have you done all the general troubleshooting tips. Checked for device and game update and logged out and restarted you device , then logged back in.
Strange one, so far your the only with issue so not sure if there is a general problem as would have thought we would have had more enquires, seems to be related to your device

Regarding Android, please make sure to have at least 2 GB of free memory on the device, at least 1 GB RAM and the Android version needs to be Android 4.4.4 or higher.
Yup good u didnt delete.
The boosters will not come again as it is stored on the device so whenever we reinstall or change our device we will lose boosters.
Best thing is to wait for the updates to fix.
Since today the candy crush app is working again on my samsung tablet!
I didn't delete and reinstall the app...
if u will save ur progress then u will not lose ur saved booster
If i delete and reinstall the candy crush app, i lose all my saved boosters...
So i wait for the solution for the kindle fire and hope that it will also solve the problem for the samsung tablet
